London’s The BoTree reveals September opening date

UK: Located in Marylebone, The BoTree will open on 15th September 2023 joining Place III Hotels, a collection of luxury London properties.

The BoTree has been developed by EPR Architects with design led by Amsterdam-based firm Concrete. It will feature 199 rooms including 30 suites, 21 accessible rooms, and 56 connecting room options. 

Room furnishings and amenities include vegan leather headboards, Jasper Conran Wedgwood tea sets, eucalyptus Tencel bedding, and bathroom products by Jo Loves. The BoTree will become one of the first hotels to launch the Jo Loves Pomelo Collection.

The suites offer a lounge, balcony, and an integrated bar and cocktail station. The presidential suite features a private elevator lobby, guest entrance and an outdoor terrace. It can be combined with he adjoining suites to create a 3770 square-foot wing.

Italian restaurant LAVO and The BoTree Bar will be overseen by Tao Group Hospitality. Additional developments including a private bar, a wellness space, and event space will follow the opening of the hotel.

The BoTree will open as a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ Legend Collection. It is also the founding member of Place III Hotels which is set to include the Brickmaker’s Yard (Soho) and CTQ (Holborn), due to open in 2025 and 2027 respectively.
