Pyramid Global Hospitality diversifies into workplace management

US: Management company Pyramid Global Hospitality has launched its Hospitality@WORK brand dedicated to managing office communities.

Hospitality@WORK will offer a range of management services, including in-office concierge, cultural programming, leadership training, property management, tech support, F&B services and more.

Currently, the brand is being rolled out nationally across the United States. Customers so far include Deloitte, Verizon, Girl Scouts of America, University of Chicago, JetBlue and more.

With the addition of Hospitality@WORK, Pyramid Global Hospitality now has five operating divisions: Benchmark Pyramid Luxury & Lifestyle, Pyramid Full Service, Pyramid Select Service, and Hamilton Pyramid Europe.

Formed by the 2021 merger of three hotel and resort management companies, the group’s global portfolio spans more than 240 properties across the United States, Caribbean and Europe, with offices in Boston (The Woodlands), Texas (Cincinnati), and London. 

Some of the hotels within its lifestyle and luxury collection include Costa d’Este Beach Resort, Vero Beach (Florida), Creekside Inn, Bishop (California), Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa, Bermuda, and more.
